This week, I add music when opening the application.

 This week, I have done the Learn content page.

WEEK 9

 This week, i have done for game content page.

This page will give the user picture and the user needs to choose the correct answer. The WRONG statement appears when the choose the wrong answer and GOOD statement will appear when choosing the correct answer.

WEEK 8

This week, I do the explicit intent to Iqra 1 that launched Page 1.

I also have added the pronunciation of the letter. When we tap the letter the sound had appears. Then,  there are also next button to go to the next page.

WEEK 7

 This week, I continue to develop my app. I have design the Iqra 1 content page.

WEEK 6

This week, I continue to design my main page. I think the design is not finished yet. After complete all, I will add something to the main page.

 

WEEK 5

This week, I continue designing the main page of the app. I only put the image to the page to look much better.

WEEK 4

This week, I start to design my app on android studio. I do the main page. I only put the three button on the main page which is Iqra 1, game and learn.

WEEK 10 - Search the References for Chapter 2

In this week, I search for some literature review material. There are several ways to find the material. For example, online database (UTeM library), Mendeley, google scholar and website. The type of literature review material that we can find are journal paper, proceeding/conference papers, books/magazines/articles and newspapers.

In week 6, I design the app. I use Paint 3D software to design my app. Here is the design that I create.

When clicking IQRA 1, FIGURE 1 will appear. Then when we click muka surat 1, FIGURE 2 will appear. In FIGURE 2, we need to drag the letter below and arrange it in the blank space according to the above statement. 

WEEK 5 - Searching for App Design Idea

In week 5, I was looking for some ideas to design the app. Below is an example I got from my search results.

          

                       

              

   

WEEK 4 - Introduction to Android Studio

In week 4, I install the software android studio to my laptop.

After that, I start to learn how to use the software. I refer to the tutorialspoint website to learn the software. I try to build the simple Android Application which will print "Hello World!"

WEEK 3 - Taklimat Chapter 1 & 3

For the week 3, Dr. A.K.M. Zakir Hossain gives us a briefing about chapters 1 and 3.
For chapter 1 is Introduction and for chapter 3 is Methodology.



To write the Introduction, we need to include:

• research background

• problem statement

• objective

• scope of research

• thesis organization

For Methodology, there is a research process which are:

• Phase 1: Deciding what to research

• Phase 2: Planning a research study

• Phase 3: Conducting a research study

The DO & DON'T to write the methodology

• use the past tense to describe what you did

• order procedures chronologically or by type of procedures

• don't include details of common statistical procedures

• do not mix results with procedures

Chapter 3 shall consist of this but not limited to:

• introduction

• experiment/ study design

• elaboration of process flow

• parameter studies

• testing and characterization

WEEK 2 - Taklimat Chapter 2

This week, we need to install software Mendeley on our laptop. This Mendeley is a reference manager and academic social network that can help you organize your research, collaborate with others online, and discover the latest research. The use of Mendeley is to automatically generate bibliographies and collaborate easily with other researchers online.Then we need to search at least 3 paper that related to our topic project.

Chapter 2 is the Literature Review. In this briefing, the input that we get are:

• the purpose of literature review

• how to find the literature review material

• type of literature review material

• how to write literature review and to cite

The type of literature review material are:

• journal paper

• proceeding/conference papers

• books/magazines/articles

• newspapers

There are several ways to find literature review material. For example:

• online database - UTeM library

• Mendeley

• google scholar

WEEK 1 -Taklimat PSM 1

PSM 1 Work Schedule

This briefing was conducted by Puan Aziean Bt Mohd Azize at Dewan Seminar  FTK. This briefing was held to inform about the introduction of PSM 1 this semester. The learning outcome that can we get from the briefing :

• the purpose and objective of PSM
• important date related to PSM
• use related previous work and its relevant theory
• choose the proper methodology
• present the preliminary in the oral and written forms effectively

We need to search for a supervisor and confirm the title for PSM. Then, we need to send the title form and fill the google form register.
